Excellent but a few things should be noted

I baught this as a Christmas present and it worked out nicely. Unfortunatly; however a few things were missing from the item description. First this IS A HANGING ORNAMENT FOR A TREE OR PLANT this is NOT a figurine. It does come with a funky metal hook so that you can place it into a potted plant. But the hook is just a little too small to actually be useful. I get the impression that they package one of these hooks with every ornament A to Z gifts sells. This particular ornament is just a little to big for the stock hook.



FYI the size of this ornament is approximately 4 1/2" long about 5" tall and about 2" wide. You can find the exact size for this item in the description but it is hidden pretty well.



There is a stand that you can get for this horse so that you can use it as a figurine but it is sold seperately.



This figurine is surprisingly intricate and detailed. I don't see a reasonable way for the painting to be done by a machine for anything other than a base coat. That means this ornament's accents are done by hand. While this can be a very nice touch if you read some of the other reviews several people got ornaments that were not painted very well. I can only guess that they happened to get an ornament that was painted by the "new guy"

Everyone can have a sock monkey

These were adorable ornaments that were used as part of the bow on a package before going on the Christmas tree. These could also be used to decorate kid birthday packages baby shower packages etc. Watch the string attaching to the pom-pom to ensure it can take the abuse of being on a package (or ripped off the package by the child!). A few extra stiches with a needle and thread should do the trick if you're in doubt.More detail ...
