These were adorable ornaments that were used as part of the bow on a package before going on the Christmas tree. These could also be used to decorate kid birthday packages baby shower packages etc. Watch the string attaching to the pom-pom to ensure it can take the abuse of being on a package (or ripped off the package by the child!).
